I wrote this song in 2021 whilst I wasn't in the best of places mentally.
As someone who has lived with depression associated with incurable chronic pain for over 14 years, I feel that almost every day I have to battle with my emotions, and I often struggle to make sense of the way I feel.
This song reveals my ups and downs and I am sure that it will be relatable for many others too xx
Sun Hat In The Rain is a song of positivity born out of sadness;
Trying to stay positive, despite living with negative feelings.
I hope that everyone enjoys this and I send love to all that have followed me and supported me on my musical journey so far xxxx
